This is one of the most interesting author interviews I've ever read. All too many entertaining authors get stodgy or stoic in an interview situation and this is one of those delightful rare occasions where the same cheeky humour the author uses in her books shines through in an interview. What kind of coffee were you drinking?
LOL, thank you. As to the coffee, it may have been Kopi Luwak made from beans processed by a civet cat... I kid you not: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kopi_Luwak.
